The Management Challenge

In the world of business, good management skills are essential. James Richards and Melanie Tran, both seniors majoring in business administration, are learning how valuable that skill can be. James and Melanie are taking “Leadership and Team Management” with Dr. Travis Maynard, a class that focuses on developing and managing team in organizations.

The class recently took a trip to the CSU Challenge Course to get some firsthand experience with team-building. This is just one way that CSU’s College of Business is providing students with a world-class education.
